ICKitties launching on December 17th

As our launch date is less than one week away, we’re going to give you all the details you need to know before deciding to mint your first ICKitties. Let’s jump straight into it!

1. The launch will take place on December 17th, 3 PM UTC on Entrepot (https://entrepot.app/). You can also find a countdown timer on our website (https://ickitties.com/). We’ll announce the exact time multiple times on our Twitter and Discord.
2. The launch event will be a ‘mystery box’ event — meaning that each NFT you mint will be an unique, random NFT from the 10,000 pool.
   There are 212 assets in total, to ensure that each NFT is unique. Some assets will be more rare than others which will in turn reflect in the rarity of the NFT itself.
3. The mint price will range from 0.6 ICP to 1 ICP. The earlier you‘ll mint, the cheaper you’ll be able to get them.
   The team has not reserved any rare ICKitties for themselves, as we want those to be in the minting pool to give a fair chance to everyone.

Of the 14 Royal Kitties, four have been reserved for our main partners and one will be won by a random person during a post-launch giveaway. To enter this giveaway, you’ll need to have 1 kitty from each of the 7 Kingdoms before the trading begins (before listing on Entrepot will open for everyone).

• The remaining 9 Royal Kitties will be in the minting pool. Royal kitties, besides being extremely rare, will share 50% of the resale commission of all ICKitties between them (the ICP will be sent directly to their holders’ wallets).
• The 7 Kitty Gods will also be in the minting pool. Those are the most rare kitties in the collection (with the highest NRI score) and may have an utility in the future ICKitties x ICPuppies game.

The Royal kitties and the kitty Gods will be spread out throughout the whole minting pool.

We will have two separate discounts:

• Whitelisted members will receive a -0.1 ICP discount
• ICPuppies holders will receive a -0.1 ICP discount

You can have both discounts if you’re both whitelisted and a ICPuppies holder. The discounts will work as follows:

Let’s say that you’re both whitelisted and an ICPuppies holder and the minting price is 0.6 ICP when you try to mint, instead of paying 0.6 ICP / mint, you’ll only pay 0.4 ICP!

4. 10% of the sales will go towards charity, to help animals in need.

We plan to use those funds to the fullest extent in order to help as many organizations as possible, so when you’re buying ICKitties, you’re not only getting the NFTs, but you’re also helping animals in need!

5. You will be able to check your kitties’ rarity score with different platforms such as: NFTVillage or dgastonia.com

6. Our NFTs will be able to equip wearables/items that we will release in the future.

7. We are currently still collecting the wallets for airdrops / WL. The deadline is December 14th 10 PM UTC, as we have to send those over to the guys at Entrepot prior to the launch.

If you have any airdrop / WL role in our Discord, check the announcements to learn how to submit your wallet so we can send you the rewards. Please make sure you submit a Stoic Wallet address for this.

8. The only official launch event will happen on https://entrepot.app/ and will be announced exclusively through our official Twitter & Discord accounts.
